About the Authors
Joe Canova is the co-owner of Mountain Freaks Agility in Port Murray, New Jersey and has been involved in the sport of dog agility since 1996 as a high-level competitor and instructor. Joe is a chiropractor and teaches agility classes and seminars along with his wife and partner Ali Roukas-Canova. Joe has had multiple dogs in the final rounds of both the AKC and USDAA National Championships. He has also qualified for and competed at the AKC World Team Tryouts for the past three years with his Border Collie, Argos, who is a champion in both the AKC and USDAA venues.
Ali Roukas-Canova is one of the most sought-after instructors in the US. Ali's dogs hold multiple championship titles. They have been in the USDAA Top Ten charts and have competed in the USDAA and AKC National Finals for the past five years.
Diane Goodspeed is an author, competitive agility handler, and instructor and has competed since 1992 in obedience, herding, and agility.
