Pre-made Rubber Skins, Item 52: A-frame for NADAC
Rubber on the Run

Don't feel like making your own skins out of rubber granules? In that case, you can purchase a set of pre-made skins that are ready to apply to your equipment. You will need to glue the skins to your A-frame using contact cement, and then trim the edges of the skin for a perfect fit.

The skins are durable and very stable in all kinds of weather, and there is no shedding of granules.

This set of skins is suitable for a NADAC A-frame. The specifications are as follows:

A-frame dimensions: 9' long x 36" wide

Contacts: 42"

Slats: None

Added weight to obstacle when skins applied: Approx. 52 lbs.

Rubber colors: The skins for the contact zones will be made from yellow granules unless you specify a different color in the comments box at checkout. For the A-frame ramps, you can select from the colors and color combinations on the left.

About rubber granules: You should be aware that not all rubber granules are created equal. Different suppliers have granules that vary in size, quality, and amount of dust. These skins are made from 1-4mm TPV granules (except for Lilac which is made from EPDM granules), a virgin rubber material produced from a high-grade polymer. American Recycling's TPV granules are known for their color consistency, resiliency, and high UV stability, and also for being 98% dust-free because of the high standards they require in their packaging. They are safe for use in playground surfaces and they are commonly used to create impact-absorbing rubberized sports surfaces. These skins are made using Darlene Woz's wet pour technique and the rubber granules used conform to AAC, AKC, ASCA, CKC, CPE, NADAC, UKC, UKI, and USDAA regulations.

Important Shipping Notes: Rubber skins are shipped directly from the manufacturer in Michigan. U.S. orders will be shipped via UPS Ground; Canadian and Overseas orders will be shipped via Priority Mail International. Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery in the U.S. and 3-5 weeks for international orders. Please also note that this item is excluded from any storewide free shipping offers.
