"I really enjoyed the DVD. First, as a long-time runner with injury problems, I appreciate the importance of active stretching, proper conditioning, and proper running form, and the DVD is very helpful with these. Second, I find myself very motivated to do an agility-related exercise routine and I have had a lot of fun doing the exercises (not as regularly as I should, however!). Third, I have been incorporating the stretching into my pre-run routine at trials and I think it helps get the kinks out and get me mentally prepared as well—especially for those early morning runs." —Ed from Arkansas
"While we all devour any treatment of dog training, most of the training dealing with the human side is treated with impatience. Lori Hansen has managed to put together a DVD for the human on the agility team that is clear, concise and easy to follow. I laminated the card that came with it as a reminder and carried it in my pocket on walks. It takes very little precious time to see the value of these exercises, incorporate them into the daily routines of life and come out way ahead of the game. I am looking for a series of warm-ups that handler and dog can do together. I think Lori Hansen can pull that off too. She has filled a gap in our training with a valuable tool. Every competitor should be doing the running drills and warmups. Perhaps we will have fewer human injuries then." —Regina from Virginia
"I wish to offer some positive feedback on the Human Agility Training, Vol 1. My (50+ year old) body is more efficiently warmed up (i.e., no pulled muscles in the early morning warming up before the first run). I am more conscious of my body language on course and have decreased the amount of unnecessary arm movement. I would recommend this video to any handler who wants to clean up their act on the course." —Carolyn Daniels
