Problems Signing In

On February 2, 2016 we upgraded our server security by eliminating the browser communications protocol TLS 1.0 and upgrading to the newest protocol as required by the PCI Security Standards Council. This change may cause a problem when you're trying to connect to our website.

Problem 1 - I get an error message when I try to connect to the website.
If you have an older web browser that does not support the newer communication protocols TLS 1.1 or TLS 1.2, then you may get the message "Network connection error" or "Tthis page can't be displayed." You can solve this problem by upgrading your browser to the latest version. If you have an older operating system and you can not upgrade your browser, then we suggest downloading Google's free Chrome browser. You can download it here: https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/desktop/index.html.

Problem 2 - I can't sign in to my website account.
If you already have an account in our store and have successfully signed into www.cleanrun.com previously, then you may need to delete your cookies. Go to https://www.cleanrun.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=users.manager, enter your username and password, and click the Sign In button. If the page reloads but you aren't signed in and there's no error message, then you need to delete the cookies for Cleanrun.com. Here's how: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cookies
