Our warehouse store, offices, and training center are located in South Hadley, Massachusetts which is near Springfield. We welcome people to come shop in our warehouse store Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. Dogs that are well-behaved are welcome to accompany you as long as they are on leash.
