Important Technical Information
Where is the conference?
Conference Unleashed is a virtual event so you can join us from the comfort of your living room, from your office, or from anywhere else using your computer or handheld device.
When is the conference taking place?
Conference Unleashed begins November 5, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time and ends on November 7, 2021, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
A recorded version of each speaker's presentation will be available for you to watch at the time posted on the schedule. Each presentation will be immediately followed by a live Q&A session with the speaker(s).
If you are not available to watch the presentation at the scheduled time, no worries! You can watch it any time it's convenient for you. We'll also be recording the Q&A sessions (barring any technical glitches) and making those available on-demand within 24 hours. So, if you're in a different time zone or aren't available for the entire three days, you can still watch all the content that was presented.
And, we're giving you lifetime access to these recordings—not just one year!
What language are the presentations in?
Both the presentations and the Q&A sessions are in English.
Is the conference close captioned?
We do not have built in closed captioning; however, Google Chrome offers a feature for closed captioning: support.google.com/chrome/answer/10538231?hl=en.
We have been approved for CEUs from the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers (CCPDT), International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants (IAABC), and Karen Pryor Academy (KPA).
The CEUs available for this year's conference are as follows:

CCPDT: 25.5 CEUs for CPDT-KA/KSA
CCPDT: 9.5 CEUs for CBCC-KA/KSA
IAABC*: 35.75 hours - Click here for details on how many CEUs are available for specific sessions.
*For KPA-CTPs and IAABC, you will need to answer one question about each presentation by December 12, 2021, in order to get the CEUs. The questionnaire and information on how to submit it will be made available before the conference starts.
Important! When you register for the conference, please make sure that you indicate the organizations for which you want CEUs.
We’re pleased to offer scholarships for Conference Unleashed as part of our effort to expand the dog training community’s inclusiveness and provide assistance to those who are experiencing financial hardship due to the global pandemic.
Please note that scholarships are not transferable.
Scholarships for Black People, Indigenous People, and People of Color
Conference Unleashed is committed to making the dog training community and dog sports community more inclusive, both among professionals as well as individual trainers. We encourage members of the Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) communities to apply for these scholarships which offer a 50% reduction off the registration fee (this will be a reduction of $74.50 for early bird registration or $99.50 after October 16).
If you are selected as a BIPOC scholarship recipient and you have already registered for the event, we will refund to you 50%. If you are not selected as a recipient and still wish to attend, the conference rate in effect at the time of your registration will apply.

Scholarships for Financial Hardship
With the global pandemic, we know many people are facing financial hardship. If you cannot afford to attend Conference Unleashed without this scholarship, we encourage you to apply. These scholarships cover 100% of your registration fee.
If you are not selected as a Financial Hardship scholarship recipient and find the means to attend, the conference rate in effect at the time of your registration will apply.

Scholarships for Juniors
Conference Unleashed is committed to involving more juniors (under 18 years of age) in the dog sports community. These scholarships cover 100% of your registration fee.
If you are not selected as a Junior scholarship recipient and find the means to attend, the conference rate in effect at the time of your registration will apply.

How and when are scholarships awarded?
We will randomly select recipients on September 16 and on October 2, 2021. If you are awarded a scholarship, notification will be sent to you by email.
BIPOC scholarship recipients must register and pay within 12 calendar days of notification (if you have already registered, you will receive a 50% refund).
Hardship and Junior recipients will be sent instructions on how to proceed with their registration.
Does my application submission guarantee my eligibility?
All submissions are subject to review for eligibility and only eligible applications will be placed in the random pool.
Can I apply for more than one scholarship?
You can apply for only one scholarship.

What's included in the registration fee?
Conference Unleased registration includes access to all of the scheduled presentations, live Q&A sessions, and downloadable PDFs. You also get access to all the conference recordings FOR LIFE!
What's NOT included in the fee?
You are purchasing a single license to view Conference Unleashed content that grants viewing access solely to the account holder and you agree not to share your login credentials with other people. Content is intended for the individual registrant only. Clean Run reserves the right to disable accounts if we are alerted to misuse and no refund will be issued.
Attendees may not copy, reproduce, transmit, or record Conference Unleashed presentations or Q&A sessions. All attendees will have access to the conference recordings after the event.
Can I cancel my registration?
If your circumstances change and you cannot attend the conference, it isn't necessary to cancel your registration. You will have lifetime access to recordings of all the presentations and question & answer sessions held during the conference. You won't miss out on any content if you're unable to attend on the scheduled dates.
If you still wish to cancel your registration, however, you have two options:
- Cancel by Monday, September 27, for a refund of the fee you paid less a $30 processing fee.
- Cancel by Monday, October 27, for a refund of the fee you paid less a $50 processing fee.
After these deadlines, no refunds will be issued.
I Registered, Now What Happens?
I completed registration on the Clean Run site, what's next?
After you complete your purchase using your credit card or PayPal, you will receive 2 email confirmations: the first is a receipt acknowledging that your order and the second email contains the link for the Conference Unleashed classroom in the Clean Run Learning Center.
You MUST click on the link in the email to complete your registration for the conference.
- If you have taken a course from Clean Run in the past, you already have a Learning Center account. When you click the registration link, you will go directly to the classroom.
- If you do not have Learning Center account, then you will enter your email address and a password to use for this conference and any future courses you purchase. Please be aware that this is a separate account you are establishing on https://cleanrunonline.com/home; it is not the same as your Clean Run website account (although you can use the same email and password for both accounts).
If you did not receive the second email, check your spam folder. If you still cannot find it, please reference our help page for finding courses in the Learning Center.
Important Technical Information
To watch the recorded presentations or live Q&A sessions in our conference classroom, you will need:
- High-speed internet: Watching the recorded presentations will take less bandwidth than watching the live Q&As because the video playback will be buffered as necessary. If you are unsure whether your internet speed is sufficient to watch the recorded videos, you can test it out by joining the free class in the Clean Run Learning Center. The class focuses on agility training, but there are a number of videos you can test out in that classroom, and you can also get a feel for our online classroom. You will be asked to register when you click the link.
- An up-to-date web browser: Please make sure you are using the latest version (or the one before that) of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge. You can check your browser version here: https://www.whatsmybrowser.org/
- An up-to-date operating system: Please make sure you are using the latest version (or the one before that) of Windows, macOS, iOS, iPadOS, or Android.
Will there be refunds if there are internet issues or other techological glitches?
No refunds will be issued. Although we are taking all precautions to avoid technological/internet challenges, there may be situations that happen that are outside of our control. There is an inherent risk in presenting live from locations all over the world, and there is the possibility of any number of disruptions or problems, especially with the increased demands on the internet during this pandemic. It may be possible that you are unable to watch some or all of the live sessions. By registering for this event, you acknowledge this risk, and waive any claim of a refund.
If, however, you experience a problem, ALL sessions will be available on-demand for you to watch once the problem is resolved.
