We will add you to the next possible mailing of the magazine. Your order confirmation e-mail will include a reference to the specific issue you will receive, as well as information on when you can expect that issue to arrive.
Please be aware that CLEAN RUN is on a different mailing schedule than many other publications. Rather than mailing at the beginning of the month prior to the cover date (e.g., the first week of January for the February issue), we mail on the 20th of each month (e.g., January 20th for the February issue). This means you will not receive your magazines weeks in advance of the cover date.
You can see how many issues are remaining in your subscription by checking the first line of your mailing label. This line also shows you the number of bonus months you have received for referring other people to subscribe to the magazine.
To keep costs down, we do not mail renewal reminder cards. Instead, the reminders are included on the facer sheet inside the polybag with your magazine. The facer sheet is the piece of paper that your mailing label is printed on. When you have 4 issues remaining in your subscription, we will include a Renew Today reminder with your magazine. We will continue to send you the Renew Today reminder for the next 2 months. If you don't renew and your subscription gets down to 1 issue remaining, we will include a Last Chance reminder with your magazine. And, when you have 0 issues remaining, there will be a Final Issue notice enclosed with your magazine.
To ensure uninterrupted delivery of your magazine, you should renew your subscription before there are 2 or fewer months remaining. If you live outside the USA, you should renew before there are 3 or fewer months remaining in your subscription.
If you live in the USA and your issue is late, we ask that you wait until the 12th of any month before requesting a replacement copy. CLEAN RUN IS mailed from New Hampshire via periodicals mail around the 20th of each month. The US Post Office does not guarantee the delivery of periodicals mail within a specific time frame. Delivery time depends on where in the USA the magazine is being delivered to, and mail volume at processing offices between the point of mailing and point of delivery. We find that delivery normally takes between 7 and 14 business days. For addresses in Hawaii and Puerto Rico, part of the delivery takes place via mail boat and can take four weeks or more. Delivery times vary to different zip codes even within the same city.
If you live in Canada or overseas, we ask that you wait until the 20th of the month before requesting a replacement copy. If your issue hasn't arrived by the appropriate date, please contact customer service to request a replacement copy.
If you experience delivery delays in multiple months, please let us know so that we can work with you and the post office to investigate the problem.

Back issues in print are available while supplies last. However, digital back issues are available even when the supply of printed copies of an issue runs out. You can order past issues online.
