The patented Freedom No-Pull Harness is the "Ferrari" of no-pull harnesses. It minimizes pulling, neck strain, and the chance of escape. Even more importantly, this harness puts you back in control of your dog in social situations. Whether you are meeting people or other dogs, or your dog has spotted a critter, the Freedom No-Pull Harness provides security and safety while walking your dog in public.

Made of soft and strong nylon webbing, the Freedom No-Pull Harness features four points of adjustability, making it extremely comfortable and providing lots of flexibility for fitting puppies and adult dogs of all breeds. The girth strap that goes behind your dog's front legs is lined with Swiss velvet to help prevent rubbing and chafing. And, all of the edges of the webbing straps are turned out to keep them from irritating your dog's skin. The harness is made with stainless steel hardware.

With its unique design, the Freedom No-Pull Harness features two connection points for the leash:

  • A patented control loop on the back of the harness between the dog's shoulder blades. This is the main connection point. If your leash is attached to this loop and the dog pulls, the girth strap tightens gently around your dog's chest, discouraging pulling and making walking your dog an easier and more enjoyable experience. Having the loop between the shoulders also allows your dog to walk in a straight line without twisting or straining.
  • A structural ring on the front of the harness. Connecting to this ring is optional, but it is designed to be used simultaneously with the back connection and not by itself. While the back connection is discouraging pulling, the connection at the front of the harness allows you to redirect your dog's attention toward you for training and treats, and makes steering your dog a breeze. You can use two leashes at once or a double connection training leash is available separately.

A quick-snap buckle on each side of the harness allows you to drop the harness over your dog's head and then quickly and clip the harness into place. There's no need for the dog to step into the harness. The control loop is an attractive complementary color, making it easy to identify which strap goes over the shoulders and which goes under the belly.

Made in the USA.

What size harness does your dog need? Click on the Sizing tab above for instructions on how to measure your dog and choose the appropriate size.

How to Measure Your Dog: Using a flexible measuring tape, measure from just behind your dog's front legs all the way around him. You are measuring the circumference of the body just behind the front legs, the girth, like measuring a person for a belt.

Choose the SMALLEST size that fits within that measurement.
