First Day of Course: Whenever you choose!
Course Length: 7 lessons that you can complete at your own pace. There are no fixed deadlines or due dates.
Amanda Nelson and Brenna Fender take handlers through the basics of distance work, teaching important skills and techniques needed for success. Plus, handlers will learn how to handle three common agility sequences—pinwheels, serpentines, and straight lines—at distances of 15 feet or more. By the end of the course, students will be able to run a short agility course made up of these sequences, using their new distance handling skills.

"I have taken several online courses and this one is definitely the best. Great videos, clear instructions and perfect weekly pacing. I am hoping that you will offer even more advanced distance training courses in the future. Loved this class." —Diane
"I loved this course. I followed dozens of online courses these last years, and this one is definitely one of my favorites. Easy to understand, easy to follow, nicely structured, fun and efficient! The video material is great, lots of examples, interesting lectures, and the dog training philosophy of the two coaches is all I love: positive, respectful with the dogs, lot of confidence building.... The step-by-step lessons can bring a dog from scratch to 15 feet handling in a very natural way. It's exactly what I was searching for, and I'm very glad I chose this course; it's worth it. Brenna and Amanda are great coaches. Fun, competent, picky when I needed to, and encouraging. I want more now!" —Marjorie
"I really enjoyed and am still enjoying Just One More Step and Beyond One More Step. A lot of information delivered in a helpful happy way. I think this was extremely well done, showing dogs at different stages." —Jody
"Have loved the course and the homework assignments are great." —Sue
"I found the course very easy to follow. The lessons were easy to understand - especially with all of the great video examples.... Overall it was a very nice experience for my first Clean Run training class. Thank you!" —Melissa
"Thanks, Brenna Fender and Amanda... we are improving our distance work. Kali has been in our family for about 5 months, she is almost 1 year old. She is adopted, a friend of mine found her in the street. So, she has been trained for a very short time and your lessons have helped us a lot."
"I really like the prompt and extensive feedback. And I like how dogs other than BC's are used for lots of the demos. I enjoyed the training theory." —G.
