To be successful in the sport of agility, the dog must be a skillful jumper. There is no doubt that Linda has trained many talented jumping dogs. Through many years of observation and testing, she has developed an eye for proper jumping technique and how to achieve it. Developing Jumping Skills is a compilation of Linda's jumping articles which originally appeared in Clean Run magazine from January through September 2006. Linda developed this jumping program to help others lay a proper foundation for their dogs' jumping skills.
While many of the basics of the program remain the same as when these articles were written, Linda has expanded and modified many of the drills as well as gone into more detail about jumping training and progressing from training to competition in her 2015/2016 two-volume set, Mastering Jumping Skills.
