The Three Hats of Agility was an idea originally introduced in Clean Run magazine. Since then, the concept has evolved into a teaching philosophy. Every agility enthusiast is three parts: one part teacher/trainer, one part handler, and one part competitor. The three hats form a triangle; each side needs the other two to be balanced.

Sandy separates these three roles to gain unique insights that will lead to changes that produce results in agility. By taking a realistic look at your strengths and weaknesses when you are wearing each hat, you can identify where you are out of balance and what you need to do to improve and grow.

Sandy's goal is to help you become the best handler, teacher, and competitor that you can. This 26-minute webinar introduces her Three Hats of Agility philosophy and shows you the importance of self-assessment. This introduction might be all you need to identify where you need to do make improvements to up your agility game, or you may decide after watching the presentation that you want to dive into one or more parts of The Three Hats of Agility webinar trilogy.
