Positive, practical training solutions for the most challenging canine behavior problems!

TACT, Touch Associated Clicker Training, is an innovative new training methodology that creatively combines the science and art of learning theory, clicker training, and massage therapy. This unique approach is used specifically to rehabilitate and prevent shy, fearful, reactive, and aggressive behavior in dogs and puppies. TACT incorporates ritualized protocols designed with safety, structure, and predictability.

This 5-DVD set and the 115-page companion PDF workbook teaches both pet owners and experienced canine professionals how to:

  • Desensitize a dog’s fear of people and new environments
  • Build confidence and coping skills, while changing the emotional response in fearful dogs
  • Provide structure, bringing predictability to the dog’s life
  • Develop and deepen the canine/human relationship
  • Recognize canine body language and use this knowledge to set dogs up for success
  • Implement an effective home and real world management program
  • Develop a two-way communication system between dog and handler

Good program but Work Book does download to print
Good program with loads of good usable advise and exercises, but the work book does not down load to print and I have not been able to find it or any of the equipment (harness) to purchase anywhere. Also the TACT website does not seem to exist?? The training information is above average, but without knowing what is in the work book it is hard to put into action and I wanted to see what is further available.
Comment from Clean Run We're glad you enjoyed the DVD. The workbook PDF is on DVD disc 1. You need to put the DVD in a computer drive to access the PDF. If you look at the directory of the DVD, you will see the file and you can open it or save it to another location on your computer.

Can't download workbook
The only "directory" I found was at the top Chapter 1, Chapter 2 across to Chapter 16. At no time does it show a Workbook pdf to download anywhere on this DVD. This was disappointing. And searching dogwise and amazon, I find it is no longer available. Can I get it from TACT or Touch click calm? Susan Bernhart
Comment from Clean Run When you click About TACT from the menu on Disc 1, there is a link for the workbook which gives you instructions for getting the PDF file. The file is on Disc 1. If you put the disc into a computer drive and use Windows File Explorer to look at the contents, you'll see it right away. The DVD is still available from us here at cleanrun.com
