Agility is a timed event, and navigating your dog around an agility course on the most efficient path yields better course times. The blind cross is an essential tool in your handling toolbox for creating fast, efficient paths between obstacles.

This 4-week course will cover all types of blind crosses, plus discuss when and where to execute a blind to get the most efficient path for your dog. We'll practice:

• Straight-line blinds for those extension lines where your dog drives to the next obstacle.

• The challenging double blind cross when the line between obstacles requires two quick crosses.

• A blind cross to cue turns at jumps and tunnels, giving your dog clear information about where they are going next.

• Blind crosses to help cue all different types of backsides.

All levels of dog and handler will benefit from this course.

Prerequisites

Dogs must be able to sequence 6-8 obstacles, including jumps and tunnels.

Equipment and space needed

• 8 jumps (preferably with wings)
• 2 tunnels that are 10-15' long

The exercises can be done in a 40' x 60' space.

How do I access my Learning Center purchase?

After you complete your purchase using your credit card or PayPal, you will receive 2 email confirmations: the first is a receipt acknowledging that your order has been received and the second email contains the link for your Clean Run Learning Center program. Just click on the link in the email to complete enrollment. If you already have a Learning Center account, then you will go directly to your educational program. If you do not, then you will enter your email address and a password to use for this Learning Center program and any future ones your purchase. Please be aware that this is a separate account you are establishing on https://cleanrunonline.com/home and it is not the same as your Clean Run website account (although you can use the same email and password for both accounts). 

If you have a Clean Run website account, then you can also access your program at anytime by signing in at cleanrun.com and selecting Classes/Webinars from the My Account menu. 

Refund Policy

We offer a 90% refund for the class if you request a cancellation at least 5 days before the class begins. There are no refunds once the course has started.
