Mat work has been used for running contact training for a long time. Now, trainers around the world have found it just as useful to help dogs that struggle with finding the correct takeoff spot for jumping. The mat provides a visual target for the dog and the textured surface provides feedback for the dog as well as grip to prevent slipping.

The Clip and Go Agility Jump Takeoff Mat is dual-sided: one side is yellow and the other is blue. It is about 1" thick and comes in 2 sizes:
