Cheap Machine - Broken Immediately

I ordered this product while it was on sale. The Ready Treat worked twice. I didn't use it for 2 training sessions. I placed a treat in it a total of 2 times. Now the lid covering the treat will not close. It was not bumped nor banged. Literally a huge was of money

Customer Service worked with the customer to troubleshoot the device and has determined the device to be defective. We have sent the customer a replacement device at no charge.
