Easy set up
I just received my tent so all I can really attest you is that it is very easy to set up. I am so grateful that the person who wrote the first review explained how to take it down because I did not have a clue and it did not come with any instructions. I am looking forward to taking this to trials. My dog really loved it and jumped in as soon as I had it set up and seems to really enjoy it.
Comment from Clean Run Thank you for your purchase! There should have been an instruction sheet in the box. If you would like to see it, there is a copy on the website on the tent page.

Not made sturdy enough
I’ve had this for almost 2 years but really haven’t had the opportunity to use it much. The mesh is very thin and I have multiple small holes from my dogs nails resting against the mesh. She doesn’t scratch or abuse it, just that her paws rest next to the door. Then last weekend both zippers broke (mesh door and outer door). I was told it would need to be replaced at $100 so I have to just throw it away. Wishing it was made sturdier as I love the easy set up and the fact it is lightweight.
Comment from Clean Run Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Any mesh material will be susceptible to damage if a dog catches their paws and nails on the mesh. Even a dog resting their paw against the material could push a nail into the mesh and create a tear or run in the mesh material. Likewise, if the dog is resting or pressing their paws against the sides or mesh paneling on the front of the tent this could certainly put undue pressure on the zippers as well over time. Spacious tent, easy to pop up
This is a nice looking tent that is easy to pop up and take down. Lightweight and easy to carry in its bag. You can roll up a crate mat and strap the whole bundle together. I like the details, like the flaps on the windows that can be open or closed. It has a big footprint, so if crating space is tight I wouldn’t put all our dogs in separate tents, but I like how spacious it is for our bigger dogs.

My dog loves her pup tent.
I love how easy it is to set up, and I love the fact that my "nervous nellie" dog seems to love it and feel comfortable and safe in it. I also bought the fleece floor mat, and it really ads a lot of comfort to the tent. Like others who have written reviews, I didn't receive any instructions along with my tent, and I found an instructional video online that showed how to set it up and take it down. I'm a tad concerned about the durability of the mesh door, since my dog scratches at it a bit... I'm hoping it will hold up to that. But otherwise? I'm extremely satisfied and happy with it.

Convenient to user
Very convenient to use. Tricky to collapse until you figure out the trick. No instructions. Easy to carry into class and takes up little room in car. I have been using it for about 3 months for classes 2-3 times a week and now find about a 4-5” seam separation between the floor and the front just under the zipper. I wrote info@clean run and sent them a photo but have received no response. I have never seen my dog try to get out or fuss with the seaming so don’t know the reason for the unraveling of the seam. I think that a product costing $80 should last more that 3 months. I can sew it back up but am annoyed that I should have to and am concerned about the future durability. I do use a padded floor mat inside.
Comment from Clean Run If you haven't heard back from us, we have not received your email! We respond to all emails within 24 business hours. The seam definitely should not be unraveling. I will have customer service contact you directly. Also, I apologize that you didn't receive instructions in the box. There is a PDF version of the instructions on the website. Just look for the file symbol next to the small versions of the photos.

Spacious and easy to set up
I received this for Christmas, just now using it for the first time on the road. I love it and, more importantly, so does my dog. It seems much more spacious than typical travel crates and sets up in seconds, my Australian Shepherd happily puts himself to bed in it. And it is much more portable (lightweight and small footprint when collapsed) than previous travel crates. Easy to get into hotel rooms. We haven't used it outside yet and I am a bit worried if it will be durable to withstand the energy of a young dog surrounded by distractions in a camping or trial situation. The same style with thicker materials, heavier zipper, etc. would be wonderful. I, for one, would be willing to pay more for added durability.

Love the pup tent!!
I love the easy of putting it up and putting it away. It fits easily into the bag. It is compact and easy to pack around when setting up at dog sporting events. I have had other soft-sided crates and love easy of this one so much more.

Don’t leave home without this tent
I needed a lightweight crate solution for traveling with my pup. Saw this when it first came out and purchased immediately. I am thrilled with this tent. It really does set up in seconds. One easy pull and it’s ready for use. I have only used this indoors so cannot comment on the rain hood but it looks like it would do the job. Closing up the tent is easy. There is a bit of a trick to making fold up easy. Once releasing the locking mechanism let the tent settle as it “deflates” and assist by tucking in all the tent material so the floor of the tent stays a perfect square before lifting the corners by the rods and securing with the elastic strap. Once all corners are secured lay the tent down and roll it like an umbrella while carefully tucking all excess tent material in. Secure with the attached strap and this will slide easily into the carry bag. With a little practice the tent can be rolled nice and tight leaving plenty of room in the carry bag to accommodate a mat that can be placed inside to cover the floor of the tent. I can even fit a toy or two and collapsible water bowl. My only complaint is the floor really needs to be more durable. From the first set up I always used a thick mat to protect the floor of the tent. After a week of daily set up and take down with all day use the tent floor had a small puncture. I am a bit disappointed in this but still love this tent. I am looking for some way to repair without using duct tape. Will look in camp store for solution. Whenever I plan to spend entire time with my pup, this tent is in the car.
Comment from Clean Run We're very sorry to hear about the problem with the tent bottom. We haven't had that problem reported and since we're beginning the manufacturing of our second batch, we would really like to see the problem for ourselves so that we can discuss it with the manufacturer. Customer service is going to contact you to arrange to get your tent back and send you a new one.
