Orders shipping are generally processed in 2 business days, not including the day you placed your order. Expedited orders (UPS Next Day Air, 2 Day, or 3 Day Select) are processed on the next business day. Business days are Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays. However, please be aware that order processing time is not guaranteed and can be 3-4 business days during the holidays and when we are having a sale or other special.
Your order will be shipped by the method that you selected when you checked out of the store. You will receive an email with tracking information notifying you that your package has shipped. If you chose UPS as your shipping method, that email will be addressed from QuantumViewNotify@ups.com. If you chose USPS Priority Mail, that email will be addressed from USPS@cleanrun.com. Please make the necessary adjustments in any spam-blocking software you are using to allow delivery of this email.
If you ordered an item that appeared in the store with a truck icon, that item will be shipped directly from the manufacturer. Check the item description for estimated shipping time as well as the designated shipping method.
