Arranging for Payment

This confirmation email is the invoice for your offline order. You can arrange for payment by calling 800-311-6503 or 413-532-1389. Alternatively, you can fax your credit card number and expiration date to 866-758-6503 (U.S. only) or 413-532-1590 (Canada or Overseas) or send a check or money order in U.S. funds to Clean Run, 17 Industrial Dr., South Hadley, MA 01075.

Please refer to your order number when arranging payment for your order.

After We Receive Payment

We will send you another email when your order ships. We do our best to ship orders within 2 business days, NOT including the day you paid for your order. The exception is expedited orders (UPS Next Day Air, 2 Day, or 3 Day) which are shipped on the next business day. Please be aware that order processing time is not guaranteed and every once in a while, unexpected order volume can result in a longer shipping queue. Always know that we are working hard to get your products sent to you as quickly as possible.

 If you purchased an item marked "Ships directly from manufacturer," the item will appear on your receipt with a truck icon. This means the product is NOT stocked in the Clean Run warehouse. It is made to order by the manufacturer and they ship it directly to you. Check the "Important Shipping Notes" in the item's description to see how long it will take to receive it. These products usually take at least several weeks to ship, and some longer.

Checking on the Status of Your Order

If you set up a user account on our website, then you can get updates on your order and tracking information by logging in to that account and checking your Order History.
