I've been looking for a training video on distance work, but everything I was seeing was very expensive. This video is absolutely fabulous, providing all the basics of distance work for a great price. It's quick, clear, and to the point, well organized and easy to navigate, plus it provides a ton of useful exercises. I highly recommend.
