I find this book to be an excellent, well written, and comprehensive guide for the important tasks of warming up and cooling down the canine athlete. It's takes both knowledge and skill to pack this much useful information in a format that is easy to reference. It's portable, the explanations are clear, and gives both agility and obedience focused plans. I recommend this for all handlers of canine athletes.
