Items marked "Online Only - Ships directly from vendor" are not stocked in the Clean Run warehouse. These items are made to order and ship directly from the manufacturer. 

When you check out, the shopping cart will display the method by which the product will be shipped—you cannot select a different method. The cart will also display the shipping charges, if any, for this item.

If you have also ordered in-stock items that will ship from the Clean Run warehouse, you will be prompted at checkout to select a method for shipping this part of your order.

• The product cannot be cancelled if we have already placed the order with the manufacturer.

• Your payment will be processed at the time you place the order, not when the item ships.

• The cost of the product does not apply toward the order total required for free shipping.

• The product can ship only to addresses within the contiguous U.S. Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses are excluded.

• The product is not eligible for international purchase.

• The product is not eligible for rush shipping.

• The estimated shipping time for the product is displayed in the product description.
