"This course provided many of the missing links in my foundation training. It breaks things down and fine-tunes posturing, reward placement, and mechanics. FGU should be a mandatory pre-requisite to higher-level canine fitness courses/exercises. Thank you for your attention to the details." —Jan Vlasak
"This course was everything I always knew I wanted but never had before getting started with canine conditioning! I learned so much about dog training for canine conditioning, and I am grateful to have this course to reference back to as I layer on complexity." —Bridget Woodrow
"I've taken some canine conditioning classes but always seemed stuck in the same places. Carolyn has provided in-depth details on how to train for each exercise. I now know what to look for in my dog's form and the mechanics to make necessary corrections. I genuinely love the progress we made in this class." —Liana Hsu
"I am so impressed with the From the Ground Up course. This course is packed with helpful, informative, step-by-step instructions on conditioning exercises, and the best thing is that completing each module is fun for both of us. I have taken many online courses, and this is one I will retake again and again for the lifetime of my dog, adding new challenges as he improves his skills. Thank you, Carolyn." —Pat Vokes
"This program encouraged me to be more aware of my training skills; it helped me improve my handler mechanics and provided a fun way for my dog and me to learn together. Carolyn provides a tremendous wealth of knowledge and expertise, and I am a much better handler and training partner since working through the program." —Kathleen King
"I cannot say enough about the level of detail and the training tips. They made so much sense and helped me advance what my dog was doing, and I knew it was correct. No vague statements like 'achieve a balanced position.' It was super clear about what the correct position was. I never felt pressure to move on once we were ready." —Tara Smith
