Failed Early

You have to take the batteries out when you put it away otherwise they just go flat so easily. I had mine nicely packed and put away (cleaned) after last use with batteries removed and now I can't get it to pair up - hardly used it and now it is a doorstop.
Comment from Clean Run We're very sorry that you're having a problem with your Ready Treat. What you're describing is not a problem that we have seen before. We always keep the batteries in for the ones we use here in the training center. And the pairing problem definitely indicates there is some type of problem with the unit. Customer service will contact you about replacing it. Whenever you have a problem with a product, just email us and we'll be happy to help.
