Very disappointed

Had this 13 months and used maybe 5 times. I talked to the owner who manufactures this machine. I was 1 month out of warranty and he would not budge with replacing my machine. Extremely disappointed as I really need this for training. My agility coach has had the same problem with hers not working

I'm sorry you have had a problem. With any electronic device, we do get some duds, which is why there's a 1-year warranty. It's always best to contact us first rather than the manufacturer. Customer service will email you directly about getting you a replacement unit.
