weak handle material

I purchased 8 bags (4 pairs). I have now had 2 bags handles rip apart in less than 1 year. They work well but just aren't holding up as well as other manufacturers bags.

We're sorry that you had a problem with the handles. We did have a shipment that had this problem. Have you contacted our customer service so that we can replace them? There is a warranty.
