This a great book for not only Agility people but for anyone pursuing their passion. I find the 'work book' style helpful since it makes it easy to put down your thoughts right away. Kathy Keats helps you work out what is working for you and what is keeping you from doing your best in the competition environment. It's not a one read book, I'll be using it for a long time.
