My young dog is incredibly opinionated about things touching her (collars, harnesses, etc). I’d experimented with front-close style coats/coats that were cut straight across the chest, but those seemed to make her the most uncomfortable. Usually, it takes several weeks of introducing and conditioning new items with her, but not this coat! She actually gets excited as soon as she sees it, and has zero issues wearing it - I barely had to condition her to it! The shoulder design is so thoughtful as is the curved tail hem. She’s a lean, long dog (about 21” back length, 14” neck, 22” at the withers, and an 18” waist), and I sized up to the 56, which fits her like it was custom made for her! Couldn’t be happier with this coat, will definitely be buying other layers ASAP.
