Verbals cues are becoming one of the most necessary skills on today's agility courses. Verbal cues are extremely important to help dogs discriminate between obstacles as well as differentiate what performance you want on a particular obstacle, regardless of where the handler is positioned or what the handler is doing. For example, Jordan has five different verbals for jumps to tell her dog exactly what she wants: jump in collection (tik, tik, tik), take the backside (push, push, push), jump in extension (hup), turn for a tight rear cross (turn), and threadle (look, look, look). The dog understands just the verbals, without any motion.

It doesn't matter if you are the fastest handler or the slowest, your ability to communicate with your dog can be greatly enhanced with solid verbal understanding and skills. We can build your dog's verbal understanding so they ALWAYS understand you, wherever you are!

This course will walk you through how to teach your dog to truly understand and be able to differentiate between verbal cues. It will help you and your dog master all the skills needed to have consistent verbal understanding in any situation. 

You can start this self-study lesson whenever you like. It includes 4 lessons that you can compete at your own pace. There are no fixed deadlines or due dates.

The initial training can be done in a 30' x 30' space, but as you progress it's better to have a bit more space so that you can add more speed.

How do I access my Learning Center purchase?

After you complete your purchase using your credit card or PayPal, you will receive 2 email confirmations: the first is a receipt acknowledging that your order has been received and the second email contains the link for your Clean Run Learning Center program. Just click on the link in the email to complete enrollment. If you already have a Learning Center account, then you will go directly to your educational program. If you do not, then you will enter your email address and a password to use for this Learning Center program and any future ones your purchase. Please be aware that this is a separate account you are establishing on https://cleanrunonline.com/home and it is not the same as your Clean Run website account (although you can use the same email and password for both accounts). 

If you have a Clean Run website account, then you can also access your program at anytime by signing in at cleanrun.com and selecting Classes/Webinars from the My Account menu.
