Attending in Person

Unleash the Rainbow is a 3-day conference that officially starts on Friday, July 12 and ends on Sunday, July 14. If you are available to attend earlier, however, we do have some bonus presentations starting at 2pm ET on Thursday, July 11. The conference will be held at the Clean Run facility in South Hadley, MA.

This is the first year that working labs will be a part of the conference. We are accepting only 27 working teams: 3 groups of 9 dogs and handlers. Each group will be assigned to 2 lab sessions during the conference plus have access to the Sniff Spot and any other activities.

Participating dogs must be safe and manageable around other dogs and people in close proximity. They must be happy to learn and take treats in a novel environment full of strangers, noise, and rainbows. Dogs must be able to settle while waiting for a turn or while their human is learning in a lecture. No previous CU training is needed, but dogs should have some experience with R+ (reward-based) training.

Along with your in-person registration, you will receive a link for the conference classroom in the Clean Run Learning Center. You will be able to view recordings of all the presentations and working sessions from the conference. And, we're giving you lifetime access to these recordings—not just one year!

Cancellation Policy

If your circumstances change and you cannot attend the conference, you may cancel by July 1 for a full refund less a $30 processing fee. After this deadline, no refunds will be issued unless we can fill your working spot (the processing fee will still apply). You may also transfer your individual registration to another person.

Completing Conference Registration after Payment

After you complete your purchase using your credit card or PayPal, you will receive 2 email confirmations: the first is a receipt acknowledging that your order has been received and the second email contains a link for the Conference Unleashed classroom in the Clean Run Learning Center. Click on the link in the email to complete your registration for the conference. If you already have a Learning Center account, you will go directly to the classroom. If you do not, then you will enter your email address and a password to use for this Learning Center program and any future ones you purchase. Please be aware that this is a separate account you are establishing on https://cleanrunonline.com/home, and it is not the same as your Clean Run website account (although you can use the same email and password for both accounts).
