The FlexBlox is 12.2" (31 x 31cm) square and 2.36" (6cm) high. It weighs about 1.5lbs. There are raised ridges on the surface of the FlexBlox for traction, but there are also mats available for it if you want additional traction.

FlexBloxing is a form of canine fitness training that mainly uses the versatile and variable Flexiness FlexBlox platforms.
When performing the prescribed FlexBlox routines, particular attention is paid to correct posture and movement in order to target the right muscles. You can create a full-body workout that is not only fun, but also simple and varied, with the sturdy, square FlexBlox to improve muscle strength, fitness, coordination, communication, and the bond between dog and handler.
FlexBloxing is suitable for dogs of all ages, breeds, and fitness levels. It is an advantage if the dog already has knowledge of the basic dog fitness exercises (basic positions). But of course these can also be created with the FlexBlox.
The FlexBlox platforms can be easily clicked together and stacked so they can be quickly and effortlessly adapted to the dog (size and level) and the exercise being performed. For advanced teams, combinations with other Flexiness equipment (StackingBar, TwinDisc, etc.) are also possible to make training even more versatile and challenging.
