Veterinarian and animal behavior expert Dr. Sophia Yin invented the Treat & Train based on behavioral science and how animals really learn. She developed and thoroughly tested it in lab and clinical trials. The result is a remote-controlled reward dispenser and training system that allow you to efficiently teach dogs at a distance (or nearby) to perform almost any behavior, from everyday skills (such as potty training) to specialized skills (such as those used in agility, obedience, service, and military work).

Your Treat & Train training system contains
- Hand-held remote control that can operate on 4 channels and that emits a signal capable of traveling through walls up to 100 feet. The remote runs on a 23A-12V battery, which is included.
- Food-dispensing base unit with 2 inter-changeable kibble disks for different sizes of food or treats. The base unit weighs just over 3.3 lbs. and is 13.6"L x 8.8"W x 7.5"H. 4 "D" batteries (NOT included) are required for operation and will last for approximately 6 months of training.
- Extendable target wand with removable base
- Instruction booklet and DVD
The system is guaranteed for 1 year against manufacturer defects, and replacement parts can be purchased from the manufacturer.

Product Warranty:
Treat & Train Remote Dog Trainer comes with a 1-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase against faulty materials or workmanship (the “Warranty”). This Warranty is for the benefit of the original retail consumer purchaser only, cannot be assigned to any third party. This Product will (at the discretion of BTW Global, LLC, hereinafter referred to as “Treat & Train”) be replaced at a prorated amount for one (1) year from the original date of purchase; providing always that the following conditions are satisfied:
- Fitting and installation instructions have been followed correctly in accordance with the Operating Guide;
- This Product has been used only for the purpose for which it is intended and in accordance with the Operating Guide;
- This Product has not been misused or handled carelessly;
- This Product has been purchased by the user for domestic use and not used for hire purposes;
- Repairs have not been attempted other than by our service staff or authorized dealers.
Claims Procedure:
Any claim made under this Warranty should be made by filling out the form on the manufacturer's website, setting out the date and place of purchase and a brief explanation of the problem which has led to the claim. This form should include a copy of proof of the purchase date in the form of a receipt. Treat & Train retains the right to request the return of this Product at any stage in the claims procedure but the Product itself is not required on first notification of any claim unless specifically requested by a customer care specialist.
